These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 98PKR platform, including the website, mobile application, and all associated services. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 98PKR.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own.
98PKR reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet the requirements.
2. Account Registration
Each person is permitted to hold only one 98PKR account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
Accounts created using false information, bots, or automated means will be permanently banned.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
98PKR reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and may take between a few hours and several business days.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
98PKR reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
Abuse of bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Players must not use any software, tool, script, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
Collusion, match manipulation, and chip dumping are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Any attempt to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain must be reported to support — exploiting them intentionally will result in a permanent ban.
Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward other players or support staff is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the 98PKR platform — including the app, website, logo, game assets, and written material — is the intellectual property of 98PKR or its licensed partners.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
7. Account Closure and Termination
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalized.
98PKR reserves the right to close accounts immediately and without prior notice in cases of fraud, policy violation, or legal requirement.
Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 98PKR’s discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Major changes will be communicated to players via in-app notification or email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be handled through our internal dispute resolution process before any escalation to legal proceedings.
